If you are having trouble printing chart images, it is probably because of a IE 'Temporary Internet Files and History Setting' that prevents the chart images from being cached between when you view the print page and go to print or print preview.

To change this setting, go to internet options. Then from General tab, in the Browsing History section, select the settings button. A new window will appear, that allows you to select between 4 options, chances are your current setting is 'Every time I visit the webpage' change this to 'Automatically'. Select 'OK' to close the window, the select 'OK' to close the internet options window. You will then need to reload the print page.
