To print to pdf you will need a pdf printer installed on your computer, cutePDF is a free pdf printer for windows. Some browsers have the built in ability to print to pdf, OS X also has a built in pdf printer.

Once you have a pdf printer installed you can print the tools print page as you would to your normal printer but select the pdf printer (cutePDF) instead. Your browser may add extra header and footer information like page count, url, and page title. These can be turned off in your print settings, typically these settings are accessed through the 'page setup...' menu.
