If the lamp has no replacement cost, there will still be costs incured if there is a lamp replacement rate. The same is true for ballast replacement.

Besides Lamp and Ballast replacement, luminaire cleaning also contributes to maintenance costs. You can set cleaning labor rate to zero to remove cleaning costs from your analysis.
