What makes up the 'Energy Costs'?

The energy cost for each system is calculated using the hours operation, luminaire wattage, and electricity rate. If a system has a control that reduces hours of operation, the reduced hours of operation are used. If a system has a control that reduces the luminaire wattage, the reduced wattage is used.
