• + (Luminaire Install Time / 60 minutes) * Installation Labor Rate per hour
• + (Control(s) Install Time / 60 minutes) * Installation Labor Rate per hour
• + One time Other Costs
• + AC first costs - initial heating savings

This combined initial cost is used in payback calculations.
